sherrypep 91 Posted June 6, 2013 I am almost 5 weeks post op and tried a little bit of soft vanilla ice cream. It didn't make me sick but a little bloated and uncomfortable. Some people have problems with heavy dairy in the beginning. Its touch and go.

liteNsun 58 Posted June 6, 2013 Politely asking, Why even start down that slippery slope? Suggestion may be to go find fun recipes that excite you, and have benefits for you. It is good of you that you paused and asked the question to eat or not. 1 Rox reacted to this
