Went to surgeon today for 3 month follow up appt. lost my 76 lb as of this morning! Start 306 on may 1 st. As of Aug 15 229 lbs. down from size 26 to 18 maybe 16. Have 39 to40 more pounds to go!

Great job!!! I am down 53 lbs since may 22nd. I am a lower weight than I was in high school!
