I can walk around wal-mart without stopping at my back hurting, for being so heavy that I have to use their electric carts. Makes me happy really. Small but it makes the sleeve worth it.

Um....excuse me....but that is not even close to a small accomplishment.

That is BIG one! That is fantastic. When you really think about it how much walking it takes to get through any Walmart? Big, I say!

take any accomplishment and run with it! be proud of yourself, little things will always add up to the biggest accomplishment of all stripping off of our fat suites and feeling normal.
