Hair Loss

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Can anyone with info. on "Nixiom" (don't know if I'm spelling it right) please help. I'm having trouble finding it on the internet. I heard the oral supplement (tablets/pills) are very good.

Thanks,

Jewel

i have used nioxin for ten years, most of my friends do to due to me. I absolutely believe it works. I started using it when I lost alot of hair using Phen-Phen. When I stopped using it for a year, Hair loss came back, and stopped and reversed when I got back on it. I don't take the pills thou, I just use the Shampoo.< /p>

Nioxin works pretty well. I use it, but I am still pretty thin (well, my hair, I mean):)

If you have long hair, I am going to start a thread about these hair extensions I found on EBAY. They are so awesome and they come on tons of different colors and pieces ranging from 8" wide to just 1" (they come in a set). You can use a few or a lot but it adds hair in all the right places. They attach with these tiny secure metal combs and they are like the ones the movie stars wear :) but they are a lot cheaper!!!! Plus you can buy them wavy or straight. I bought my own color and then a lighter one so I can make it look like I have chunky highlights! I love them and the most expensive set is $50!!!

I will call the thread "Hair U Wear" because that is what they are called. Hopefully the post won't be removed because I am not the seller. I'm just a happy customer!

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
