Vomiting and dirrehea heartburn pain on right side i had my surgery may 13 is this normal

Did you have your gall bladder removed during surgery?

No I didnt i have my gallbladder. They removed an eshogal hernia

I had vomiting and diarrhea due to becoming lactose intolerant after the surgery. Check your Protein shake it may contain milk as well. I now stay away from diary unless it is lactose free.

I did not have a pain on the right so I can not address that
