#1 re under arm flaps...try tricep dips...you can do them sitting on the ground as a beginner.... extend legs with bend at knee, pressheels into ground..place palms down by your hips fingers pointed towards your toes.. then slide palms behind you as comfortable..press into palms and heels to lift your bottom off the ground...keeping bottom off ground dip up and down using triceps to control your whole body ..engage abs for stabilitze movement.....its a great excersize...

You can take it up a notch by increasing your range of motion..try doing it on a bench...place palms on bench and dip down... or if you need to really modify intensity to a lower level do it on the floor and leave your bottom onthe ground, just use your triceps to move your upper body weight only..

Hope that helps :)
