Any suggestions on good/healthy crackers?

No such thing :) But I once in a while eat the whole wheat saltines with a smear of PB. Its the lowest carb i could find.

I sometimes use whole wheat melba toasts or Wasa crackers. I just don't eat much at a time.

Crackers and bread get hung in my throat and stomach so I don't eat them.
