For my pre op diet. My surgeon's are crazy expensive. And good recomendations?

I was using Muscle Milk Light...17oz..I preffered the chocolate as it has a great taste, no after taste, seemed filling enough.. cost is roughly 40bucks a case..they even sell it at some Wal-marts and at GNC so readily available.
