want2clessofme 26 Posted June 4, 2013 Breakfast: Greek yogurt, cream of wheat, 1/2 banana Protein smoothie Lunch: Puree just about any canned Soups, lentil, split pea, bean, Tomato (make with milk and add a scoop of nonfat dry milk to up the protein) Dinner: Ricotta bake (layer ricotta mixed with egg and parmasan cheese) tomato sauce - top with mozzarella- bake or microwave. Any creamed Soup, cottage cheese, hummus, fat free refried Beans. You won't be able to eat much at first - maybe just a few bites, but it will get better. I used Isopure Protein Drinks for first few days - hydrates and has 40 grams protein per bottle. Hope that helps 1 jessica bowling reacted to this
