navyma 68 Posted June 7, 2013 I'm on day 8 of my 14 day liquid diet... It just starred getting easy today! It was hard those first 7 days... I cheated with a tiny piece of Protein ( chicken breast) and a pickle... But remember to drink lots of water! The Water really helps keep u full. I'm only on day 4 & it's Water & Protein shakes only.
