citracal sugarfree chocolate chews calcium ok?

I bought this (the name in title) today but now I'm reading that we need calcium citrate? This one is Calcium carbonate. I assumed that its citrate (I was rushed by my screaming toddler) since its called citracal! So no calcium carbonate post op? What's the difference?
