tomato pie 15 Posted June 3, 2013 Quick question... after a stall, did you still lose at the same rate as before? Or did it slow down after that for you?
johnlatte 1,232 Posted June 3, 2013 Actually. I went through a pretty long stall a while back. Before the stall I lost one frustrating pound a week. It was consistent, but it wasn't anymore than 1 pound. The stall broke, and I started losing 2 lbs a week. I stalled again just recently but have broken out again with a 2lb loss. I can't figure this old body out at all. 1 tomato pie reacted to this
diannepj1960 28 Posted June 3, 2013 MY surgery was in Jan i only had a stall once, mine pick up after stall, this is my plan i eat every two hours,so i set my timer to eat, even when i'm not hungry i eat, because its only small amounts anyway..i stop the exercising for a while to watch to see what my body was gone to do,and it continue to drop i know crazy, but i will start back soon.the key to losing is eating..and also you could be losing inches that may not show up on the scale, so it will start back soon.don't get discourage,, 1 tomato pie reacted to this
