So I start my liquid diet today ????. Surgery in 1 week!! OMG this is getting so real .

Tommorrow for me. After two weeks of Optifast and two days of Clear Liquids, I sure am ready!

My surgery is 06/11 and my pre op instructions were Water and yogurt 3 days before surgery. You guys have it way harder than I will... I guess I'm kinda worried if my diet isn't too "light"?

Either way its hard. I'm done with day one and it wasn't that bad .
