Low on my protein

Hello Everyone,

I'm just one month post op and don't know where to get lactose free Protein. I tried nectar and its too sweet for me even after I Water it down. Any suggestions will definitely help! Thanks.

Have you tried Isopure? it is a clear Protein and it can be sweet...but it is very freezable and you can use as your ice cubes in your Water so you get your water and protein at the same time
