When we traveled to Florida in early May, I just made sure I made good choices as we always stop at fast food places, use the bathroom and get stuff to go. I lost weight during the 10 days we were gone. I just made sure that I also walked!!!

In my opinion, if you lost those friends, then just maybe they weren't your friends to begin. You always find out who your true friends are when you need them the most.
