Lissa 2,631 Posted June 1, 2013 It's very common. I drink a cup of Decaf coffee most days to help combat this. It works for me. mikeross 216 Posted June 1, 2013 I use to have issues but have regular BW once sometimes twice a day. At first I was taking benefiber and chia seeds in my Protein Shakes. That worked but tasted gross. I now make sure to eat one salad of leafy dark greens daily. I have no issues with only eating a salad. I notice if I don't it takes about 4-5 days to catch up to me and feel a little backed up... not to the point I feel like I need to take something other than start eating a daily salad again.
