mommyvaz 0 Posted June 1, 2013 Has anyone had pain like this.
Ms.AntiBand 2,984 Posted June 1, 2013 Early on it can be caused from the gas they used during surgery. Be sure you are walking ALOT and OFTEN. His is the only wAy to rid your body of the gas. If you're not stil early in post-op.. I don't know the reason for the pain
vegasneon 181 Posted June 1, 2013 If you just had surgery it's the CO2 gas, it migrates up to the left shoulder. It's common. Sent from my iPhone using VST

MIJourney 490 Posted June 1, 2013 Mine last maybe 4-5 days after surgery. They sent me home with pain killers so that helped alot:)
LipstickLady 25,682 Posted June 1, 2013 Walk it out. That's the only way. Use a heating pad, too.
mistysj 1,940 Posted June 1, 2013 For me there was still a faint twinge even 10 days post-op. it's gone now. Heating pad works very well, as does walking. Plus walking will help all of the anesthesia leave your system and get your body's systems moving. And protect you from blood clots, hopefully.
