JRFuerst 8 Posted June 1, 2013 What's the thought on having frozen yogurt on the pureed stage? I'm already having light yogurt, and frozen yogurt is fat-free, and depending on what kind you get it is sugar free too. Plus, it is soft. What do you all think? You need Protein and I doubt there is little to any in frozen yogurt. Guess it depends on which one you get. It's is on my avoid list. That is just my opinion. swimmom 124 Posted June 1, 2013 My doctor said it was a poor choice - it is low on Protein and high in carbs.
LipstickLady 25,682 Posted June 1, 2013 Our fro yo place has nutritionals posted and they have frozen Greek. Since you serve yourself, you can make a teeny portion and enjoy. 1 eyengo reacted to this

What do you all think?[/quote'] I got the chobani champions, in the tubes for my kids & put them in the freezer. They rock even for mamas:) they are perfect size 2.25 oz, 70 calories, 1g fat, 9g carbs, 8g sugar and 5g Protein. My kids like to go to yogurt land so I thought maybe this would be good replacement. I also love danon lite & fit - Greek yogurt.

Kelsan 117 Posted June 7, 2013 I would stay away from it, especially if it's one of your trigger foods.
