I've lose 6 pounds in four days that's like wow I was in a stall for two weeks and then bam the weight started falling off again surgery 1/21/13 299 now I'm 209 it's amazing

Did you kiss your surgeon? I prob would if it was me...I am days post op and down 15 lbs. So with I have done so I hope I will be right on your heels....See ya in Onderland...I will be there is a few months so cant way to say hi to you on the other side!

great going.. I too have lost 94lbs in 5 mo.. right now I too am at a stall.. been the same for 2 weeks now.. so I figure soon that will change.. Im just gonna hang in there and im sure it will start again.. only thing im dealing with right now is the hair loss.. its been a lot for me. Im gonna be bald before too long... oh well.. new me.. new hair do too I guess LOL its all good.. I will trade the hair for the weight loss anyday.. that hair will grow back Im told.. but im happy.. best of luck to you.

In the beginning I did a lot of walking but then in April I had a emergency hernia pair due to my hernia becoming obstructed so I'm on exercise restriction since April but this coming Monday I'm being release and going back to work and I sign up for the gym because I have no strength
