lucykh3434 4 Posted May 31, 2013 I am 5 days post op today and omg I cannot sleep comfortably. I'm meant to still be sleeping upright and I have my compression socks on still and frankly I'm just over it all!!! I am not so much in pain anymore as just uncomfy. Oh and I am yet to poop yet. Can anyone recommend good ways to sleep 1 longlong10 reacted to this
JProx 161 Posted May 31, 2013 I slept in my recliner for 3 weeks don't worry it will get better day by day and milk of magnesia will help with the poop issue God Bless Prayers 1 longlong10 reacted to this

Elissa55 8 Posted May 31, 2013 The first few days I pushed a pillow on my back so I could sleep a little to my side but not so much on the incisions. I add a little Metamucil to my Water intake which also does triple duty with my dry Vitamins and crystal lite. This helps me not get constipated and the vitamins help me heal faster. 1 longlong10 reacted to this

caitiebug 26 Posted June 1, 2013 I'm 8 days post op and I had my first "poop" so tiny idk if it counts but my dr's office has me on mirlax (sp?) it comes in an unflavored powder and mixes really well into crystal light. 1 lucykh3434 reacted to this
