Blessings ~ M Hi I'm 5 days post op from Greenville. Can't seem to get enough of anything in to stay hydrated. Any suggestions? Help I'm really second guessing my decision. I'm losing weight which is great but isn't to good when I'm so dizzy I can barely walk. 1 Blessedfun reacted to this
fazekasr 30 Posted September 16, 2013 Lots of little sips and do not forget the Protein. Don't forget to start walking around it will get better.
cindysc 108 Posted September 16, 2013 Try some sugar free Popsicles. Your Protein Shakes count as liquid too. It gets easier. I think a lot of people second guess their decision at first. Just make sure u get enough to keep from being dehydrated. Sip sip all day long!!

I'm losing weight which is great but isn't to good when I'm so dizzy I can barely walk. Hi sorry I am just seeing this. But everyone gave some great suggestions especially Popsicles. Watermelon saved my life. It was all I could manage when I was dehydrated. I really hope and pray that you are feeling better. I have finished my appointments and am now awaiting my sugery date! Nerves are shot but mostly from anxiety I guess....for you POST OP PATIENTS. .please tell me how you felt when you woke up from surgery? What was your first thought? Did you cry? How was the pain and how soon after waking up were you walking the track? 1 Blessedfun reacted to this
