Sugar free isopure ready to drink review!

Recommended Posts

So, I've bought the variety pack, and started with the alpine punch.

It was actually ok. I tried it very cold, and though it is slightly chalky, and gives you that type of feel in your mouth after drinking it, I could definitely drink those during my liquid/whole liquid phases of my diet! I'll try another tomorrow.

I did the grape. It took a bit to get the taste down but I just decided I wasn't going to get a better Protein bang for my buck. I have to say I was exceeding my Protein requirements within a week and I really feel like I healed fast because of it. It is said the more protein you can get in the early weeks post op the less severe your hair loss can be.

The bottom line for me was the first few weeks on just liquids was not fun so may as well just suck it up and get the best I can!

Good luck to you!

I haven't been fond of the shaks I've tried yet, but I've just got some nectar in the mail, and I'm ordering some Unjury, as I've heard both of those two are palatable.

I like the Unjury Protein Powder. I use the unflavored and chocolate and make Protein spiked sugarfree pudding. You will get mixed reviews on the chicken broth though. While the taste is fine, I didn't like that fact that it can't be heated past 140 without it clumping. It's too cold for me.

Cut a little premixed light crystal light into the Isopure. It's still disgusting, but more tolerable that way.

Unjury is very good so is Syntrax Nectar. They are very similar in terms of taste, but nectar comes in more flavors.
