Frozen protein shakes?

I know I've heard of some people doing this... Does it cut down on the awfulness of Protein Shakes in general?

Colder is definitely better. I would put a bunch of ice cubes, Protein powder and skim plus in the blender.. kind of like a thick shake. It tastes better and was thicker and more filling.

I put injury unflavored in Soups etc. can't tell it's there. Frozen is better than room temp for those god awful others

Hey, check out this thread. I froze some Protein last night, and it was very good. Much easier to tolerate than the shakes. My recipe is there. I mixed in some Greek Yogurt to give it some creaminess.

Can I suggest you purchase a few packets from Chike Nutrition....I right I would not be successful because I HATE that Protein after taste you get from these drinks, then I found Chike. They taste like a dessert and have 28 grams off protein! Yummy is the best way to describe them!
