neneh_vsg 44 Posted May 28, 2013 I don't like cream of whatever Soups alone. Butternut squash Soup is divine, however.
nervousnellie 50 Posted May 28, 2013 Cream of chicken was my favorite too, but I did mix it with skim milk and added Protein. Tomato basil was good too.
LipstickLady 25,682 Posted May 28, 2013 I love this line: http://www.imaginefoods.com/products You can find it at Fresh Market or Whole Foods (or I imagine most other "gourmet" grocers), or you can order online. They have the 16 oz or 8 oz sizes and they keep for a week. The creamy Soups have no lumps at all and are delicious. 1 MIJourney reacted to this

lsereno 2,525 Posted May 28, 2013 I'll be a week out tomorrow. I can do about 4 oz. of Soup for a meal. Granted it takes me about 1/2 hour, but still Don't worry. Some people's stomach swells more post-op than others. Just because you can down 4 oz. of soup now, it's no indicator of your final portion sizes when you get to solid food such as chicken or fish.
