Keep in mind, this is not a diet to be followed for a while then set aside and forgotten. This is a permanent lifestyle change. We are learning to live like 'naturally thin' people live and eat.

As I read literature from wl professionals I have to remind myself that it probably doesn't apply to me. I have a different stomach size and my metabolism had changed. So I am researching how Lipton hormones affects fat burning. If I eat many carbs I hold on to weight So I love my new lifestyle. :)
