So I know lately I haven't been on this app because of my busy schedule. So just wanted to post some before and after pics. My SurgeryWeight was 291 lbs. Current weight 216 lbs. total lost 75lbs. My goal: 195lbs. Good luck to everyone starting this process. Best decision I ever made before my 30th birthday! =)
