KarissaKhaos 170 Posted May 28, 2013 So I've lost 126lbs. I'm happy with my body shape but I still have leftover fat on my lower back, inner thighs, and lower belly, like below my belly button. The scale isn't budging even though I'm a gym junkie, what can I do to get back in fat burning mode? Should I go back to Protein Shakes?
