So I've lost 126lbs. I'm happy with my body shape but I still have leftover fat on my lower back, inner thighs, and lower belly, like below my belly button. The scale isn't budging even though I'm a gym junkie, what can I do to get back in fat burning mode? Should I go back to Protein Shakes? I'm stuck, and I'd like to get rid of at least 10 to 15 more pounds. Help!

I think you answered your own question...You can always go back to basics...I know someone that is 9 years out and has gone back to basics and have 50 more lbs. everything is possible.
