In my puree stage, l lived on this, and loved it... Put ricotta cheese in a small dish... Cover it with marinara sauce.. Then cover that with mozzerella cheese... Bake it til its all bubbly around the edges... You will love it!!!

How much ricotta cheese do you use?

Lol... As much as you like... Consider it lasagne without Pasta or meat.. I have a small baking dish, no bigger than 12oz.. I put the ricotta about a half inch thick.. Then sauce.. Then mozz... And if you have leftovers, it microwaves great

That happens to me too if I dont chew it up enough. Been really hard for me to take small bites put the fork down and wait a few minutes before the next bite. I have always rushed when eating only chew 2-3 times and then swallow. Turkey meatballs in marina dauce then topped with cheese . I can only eat 2 but very good .
