dfdscott 53 Posted May 28, 2013 Any bread recipes for my breadmaker that wouldnt be that bad to eat?
LipstickLady 25,682 Posted May 28, 2013 My NUT said most sleeves won't operate soft breads well, but toasted is a go. Perhaps a whole grain bread to slice and toast? I love bread, but with so few carbs over the last 5 weeks, I don't crave it. Don't want to either, so I am avoiding it. 3 Ms skinniness, rebecca_dsu and TES reacted to this

johnlatte 1,232 Posted May 28, 2013 I don't use a bread machine, I just mix it up and bake. I don't have any specific recipes, but the darker the bread, rye's, pumps etc. the better it will go down. I've really don't eat a lot of breads, or white foods, so I don't make it very often. I don't have a problem eating it from a sleeve standpoint, but just feel that the consumption of the calories vs over processed carbohydrates doesn't fit in with how I want to eat.
