I'm going on week 5 I was at a stall for about 2 weeks. I started eating soft foods sticking mainly to Protein like ground turkey. Funny thing is even though mentally I feel like Im eating a lot the scale finally went down almost 5 lbs in a week. Did this happen to anyone else?

At one point I even gained a couple of pounds, but the next week they were gone along with a couple more pounds!

I go with every menstrual cycle then below but it takes like a week and a half afterwards which is very frustrating!
