I tried the zucchini boat way but it turned out pretty squishy & messy. I cooked the zuc in the oven first then put the toppings and baked some more. Do you do yours differently?

I used to make the portobello pizza years ago' date=' have to go get some of those.

I actually make zucchini spaghetti noodles (cause the boats were squishy) topped with pizza sauce, turkey pepperoni, mozzarella and mushrooms. Most of the time I prefer my noodles with chicken & alfredo.
