makemyownluck 785 Posted May 27, 2013 ricotta bake - basically lasagna w/o noodles. I also enjoyed mini-quiche - I started with just cheese in them, but now I make them with deli meat, cheese, avocado, whatever is soft that I like. I made sugar free pudding with Protein powder also.
