Okay so I made it through today but wow!! I have a really sick headache and feel awful. Any suggestions or comments if I am doing something wrong to feel this crappy??

You know you can have Jello Tomato Soup chicken broth cream of mushroom without the mushroom popsicle sugar free skin milk ,juice fruit juice crystal light v8 light fusion... and your 2-3 Protein shakes a day.
