I feel like im having too many calories with all these chewable vitamins

Carol you have lost 120 pounds in 6 or 7 months? I'm sure that the Vitamins are ok you've been taking them all along right? And your almost at goal?

I recently changed them. Can't stomach the bariatric ones I bought a few weeks ago. I'm sure it will be fine, but I am super nervous with everything. Lol.

I couldn't keep the bariatric ones down:-( so I buy mine at Walmart and have been doin great with them! If ur losing then I wouldn't sweat it! At first I was worried about carbs with mine but saw that I was still losin so I just don't give it a second thought. It was either vomiting everyday or taking in a little more cals and carbs...ill take the cals and carbs anyday:-)

Some of them are so gross. I just couldn't do it anymore. I'm just under 500 calories a day with the Vitamins so I fit it into my daily calories.
