two days post op...

Just took an hour and 1/2 to drink 2 oz (1/4 cup) of ensure and am so full...I know I am only 2 days out but it will get easier right? I just see no future in sight..how am I gonna get 4 oz in their eventually?

Janice great news you got he surgery done. You are not to be drink too much it is to be 1/2 shot glass every 15 minutes. It is depressing when it is first done, but you will be doing the weight loss dance with us in no time. I am proud of you...

My dr said 2oz 3 x per day and basically Water and Clear liquids one oz per hour...eventually ill be drinking more
