Raw veggies with greek yogurt dip (I mix mine with the powdered ranch dressing or a laughing cow light blue cheese wedge)

whole grain crackers

If you haven't tried it already, get yourself some dry roasted edamame - 14g Protein in a 1/4 cup!

Is there a difference between dry roasted edamame and what you buy at Trader Joe's? I can't remember if TJ's was dry roasted.
