These absolutely saved me from dehydration. Water sits really heavy in my stomach and crystal light and other sugar free drinks have a horrible aftertaste to me. I was drinking regular Powerade for a couple days to get fluids in but once I found these packets it was like the heavens opened up and I heard angels singing. They taste so GOOD!!! Just like regular Hawaiian Punch. So for anyone newly sleeved and looking for a flavorful & sugar free way to get in fluids this is the way to go!

I like those a lot, but I almost double the Water. Look for Ocean Spray Cranberry Grape if you've not tried it. I love it even more.

Ya know I am completely the opposite.

I tried those even though I have a sensitivity to food coloring and boy was I ill. Even the crystal lite fruit punch made me sick... Strangely enough the crystal lite lemonade is good and the gatorade frost or glacier cherry is good too.

I just searched Amazon and did you know Ocean Spray has about ten other SF cran flavors? They sell them in packs of 6 (so 60 total packettes) for about $16, so it's a great deal, too. I am so stinking excited! I bought cran pomegranate and cran lemonade. 120 packs for $36. So worth it.

The only OS Cran flavor I've tried is the Cran Cherry... It's pretty good. I'll have to try the grape... And double the Water? ? I use less water lol... I take about 3 big gulps and then pour in my packet lol...
