Every time I eat or drink anything, my stomach goes crazy. I don't know if it doesn't like anything or is happy to have something. On most occasions, I continue, but this makes it tough to figure out what "full" really is. How do you guys know of you're full? What feeling do you get? And what the heck is my stomach doing?

Same here. I'm on day 9 so I just eat a tiny bit. I'm on thicker liquids and Soups so I just eat a tiny bit and stop just so I don't over do it.

That's exactly what I do... Eat about 4-6 spoonfuls of Soup and leave it alone. Now, what I do love is Popsicles. I know I at 6-8 a day, two at a time. I have the Tropicals, Blue Bell, and the cheap ones from Walmart (which by the way area favorite) and I eat two of each every day!!

I'm 16 days post op and my stomach goes crazy too. I'm on soft foods now. Every time I eat my stomach and throat start making all kinds of noises. I hope this eventually goes away. I don't know if its some time of reflux problem or what, but it sucks.

Sorry to burst your bubble...but noisy stomachs seem to be par for the course around here from what I gather. I'm almost 9 weeks out and mine is pretty loud...

Sounds like you're still on the liquid stage. Don't worry, as soon as you start eating solid food you'll definitely feel restriction. Just take it slow. If you overeat, you'll be in pain and may get sick. Not pleasant.
