future 6 Posted May 25, 2013 Hi everyone, So im 16 months post op, have lost 42kgs all up, and have plateaud. No matter what I do, eat healthy, excercise 1-1/12 3-4 times a week still don't lose anything. Haven't lost anything for a couple of months, getting worried. When I see people they say I look smaller, however I don't feel smaller and the scales don't say any different.. So not sure if im building muscle or have Water etc... Not sure my current calorie intake or what my daily calorie intake should even be? Also find it extremely difficult to drink 2 L Water a day! I'm never thirsty and have to force it in..
