kelseydana 6 Posted May 23, 2013 When can I wear a bra again? I had my surgery on Monday.. And I have family coming over to visit. Regular bra or a sports one? cinward2001 141 Posted May 23, 2013 You can wear one whenever it's comfortable! I had my drain tube almost directly below my bra band, so that was NOT comfortable. But even so, when we'd go walking, I'd put some extra gauze over and wear the bra anyway. Even though my surgery was very early in the morning, the NEXT day was day 1 POST-OP.
