Y don't u start with just walking around the block & increase as time goes on.. I say that so that it will become normal routine & wont b or seem so hard once u cross over... Im trying, last week was my first wk walking. I did 4 days rangin from 30- 50 mins... Felt good afterwards tho.. See my NUT on the 18th.. My psych eval was a hour long. I was really nervous be cause i felt I was on display but I was as honest as I could b & it turn out fine.. (Guess im not as crazy as I thought) lol So good so far... Also get a pedometer , mine has motivated me to move more... I get at least 1 mile in per day. I'm very competitive with my self. I TRY to do better than the day before.
