mrdr 247 Posted May 22, 2013 As far as work outs go i do all cardio. I was actually this small a couple of years ago when i boxed. I went back to what i did best, boxing. So i do all cardio which consists of running and cardio machines. I have had not stomach issues what so ever i went back to working out about a month after surgery. The only thing is my muscles and bones arent as strong from what i believe is lack of protein...so recovery is essential.
