Now that the fat is starting to go away, my butt is starting to sag. What do you think is the best solution for saggy butt? Squats? Lunges? I don't have time to do a full workout everyday so I need something to do in the morning and night.

squats and lunges are the best way to work your gluteus maximus and gluteus minimus back into their normal position. The rear end is nothing more than a set of muscles that must be reconditioned and sorry Sassygirl...just having sex is not going to do it

I have a toothbrush with a timer built in. When I'm feeling energetic, I stand in front of the tub and squat down like I'm gonna sit on the edge of the tub repeatedly while I am brushing. Easy way to work in some squats. My butt's still a little flatter than I would like, but when I flex it - Booyah!

PS I also walk about 3-4 hours per week.

if you really want a sexy a$$ and wan to feel sexy, tango!! Seriously, you can always tell a tango dancer whether male or female by the shape of their rear - a taut, wide, upside down heart. ;) Makes sense, you spend hours lunging backwards and flexing your core muscles for balance.
