blumoongirl 7 Posted May 22, 2013 Now that the fat is starting to go away, my butt is starting to sag. What do you think is the best solution for saggy butt? Squats? Lunges? When I'm feeling energetic, I stand in front of the tub and squat down like I'm gonna sit on the edge of the tub repeatedly while I am brushing. Easy way to work in some squats. My butt's still a little flatter than I would like, but when I flex it - Booyah! Seriously, you can always tell a tango dancer whether male or female by the shape of their rear - a taut, wide, upside down heart.
