what to look for

Ok so when you read a label what amount of fat is too much? Im not sure how to say it. Is there a fst to Protein percent ratio or something like that.

I don't really worry to much about fat levels. My general rule of thumb is that I do not want my total daily calories to be over 12.5 times the grams of Protein I've consumed. Earlier in the process I used 10X.

You do however want to monitor the types of fats you are consuming. Try to minimize saturated fats, red meats are one of the worst fats & should be used sparingly. If you are getting your fats from Beans, nuts,avocado, olives, fish, etc. then I wouldn't worry too much about it.

I agree with OTR. Don't focus on how much fats you are consuming according to the labels, but rather focus on the type of fats and stay with a certain Protein to fat ratio
