3 days post op - gummy multi vitamin ok

I'm 3 days post op. my 1st day at home. I'm to start a multi Vitamin. Is a Gummy multi vitamin ok vs chewable?

We were told no gummies. They are lacking a certain Vitamin and someone like me, with a very small opening will gag.

I started taking the gummy vitamins on day 3 post op and continues to take them until 4 weeks post op when I switched to a pill that I could swallow.

Just chew it well.

I was told no gummies until 3 months out. chewables only until then per my surgeon.

I take gummy vitamins and don't have any issues. My Dr. Actually suggested them. Just chew them up. ; 0) Sleeved 4/11

My surgeon said they were fine. HOWEVER, he said to make sure the Gummy has both Vitamins and minerals - many of them are vitamins only. I started taking them right after surgery.
