southernsoul 773 Posted May 19, 2013 Oooh...I will try that! I have roasted them with grated Parmesan & a little oregano or basil, but I like the spicy direction, too. Thanks!

girlrfriday 71 Posted May 20, 2013 Can you be more specific in how you make these? Sound yummy! you bet!! SOOOOO easy! I buy the big bag of portion packed Edamame from Costco! they come in packages of about 1 1/2 cups each (about 3/4 cup of actual beans) you cook them in the bag in the Micro for 3 minutes... then I throw them in a super hot non stick pan with about 2 tbsp of Soy Sauce, 1 tsp minced garlic, a pinch of Ginger and Siracha to taste..I like the spicy! and I just let them sizzle until the sauce reduces and sticks to the pods. toss in a bowm and snack away... You can also do this with hulled soybeans as well... but I find that eating them in pod form makes me slow down...kind of an artichoke thing..takes time but your not really eating a ton at a time! 2 anniemay and Reign reacted to this
