The first 2 taken in July 2012, surgery was 8-21-12, last picture taken 5-12-13, total loss from 1 week prior to surgery is now 82 lbs.

Thanx, it's still a work in progress, losing very very slow the past 3 months, and at the gym 5 days a week, with 50 min cardio each day and 3 days a week 20 min strength training. Just have to keep on, keeping on, and never let the slowness distract you from the 'goal'.
