erp 2,016 Posted May 18, 2013 I'm 3 months out and eat about 800 cal. Somedays a bit more and other days a bit less. Trying to worry less about how often I eat and let my sleeve guide me. Definitely have had lots of head hunger over the past few months. My NUT says count calories and Protein, the rest will fall into place.
