Should I be concerned? That's great! I struggled to get in my 60g of Protein the first few weeks, and still struggle with my liquids almost 8 weeks out... brendensmommy102 4 Posted May 19, 2013 Im 5 days out and I'm having a hard time with liquids too. Everything I drink makes me feel nauseous. It is getting a little better than it was the day after surgery but I feel like I'm not getting enough liquids down. I'm also tired of everything I am drinking. Plain Water makes me feel really sick so I'm doing crystal light and Popsicles etc. but just getting so tired of those same drinks. My son was drinking a cold bottle of water and it looks so good I just want to pick it up and chug it like I used to be able to do. This is getting really frustrating! If so, you probably want to focus a bit more on hydration. Remember, frat priority is hydration, then Protein. You are doing great though!! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
